Whale Trafficking
I choose the topic of the Japanese Whale trafficking because ever since I saw the documentary of the Cove it inspired me to inform the public of the chaotic factions the massacres of dolphins has portrayed. It shocked me to see how the Japanese are destroying these mammals lives for no necessary reason. The background of the topic is that since the late 19th hundreds Japan has been fishing hundreds of dolphins daily causing the innocent mammals to be in the path of extinction. When the fishery companies are asked why they are killing these poor animals they're answers are for experimental purposes; and I understand that experiments are needed for knowledge but you don't need over thousandths of dolphins a week. Also they sale some dolphins to trainers to be trained for performances which causes the animal to be in a distant environment for the public to view their unsatisfactory. Japan also sales their dolphin and whale meat to seafood markets, but whale meat is deadly it contains mercury poison so why would the Japanese want to feed their own people these horrible factions?
